About the project
General contracting of a residential building with a ground garage in the town of Murzasichle. A project with an original local character, finished with decorative wooden elements, symboizing simplicity and modernity of details. A five-storey building with a small part of the basement, realized together with the fence that fits into the object’s context. The natural stone covering, binding the building with the land development, is a characteristic part of the complex. The roof covering is imitating the wooden shingle, "Corona". Internal and external woodwork entirely made of wood. Construction of the building: reinforced concrete and concrete foundations, walls of the building – ceramic block (reinforced with reinforced concrete pollars) 29cm thick, reinforced concrete ceilings – cross-reinforced, roof truss – rafter-purlin.
