GUESTHOUSE "GÓRALSKA CHATA" IN THE TOWN OF BUSTRYK
The object was erected from scratch along with interior finishing, installation assembly and land development.
About the project
General contracting of a hotel and conference building as an extension house for a detached house in the town of Bustryk. Design of the Podhale nature, finished with decorative wooden elements. A four-storey building with a basement made in traditional technologies of wooden and brick construction. Roofing is imitating wooden shingles, with the “Corona” tiles. Finishing of guest rooms and the internal and external woodwork entirely made of wood. Construction of the building: reinformced concrete and concrete foundations, walls of the building – wooden logs and ceramic hollow block, 29 cm thick (reinforced with reinforced concrete pillars), reinforced concrete ceilings – cross-braced, roof truss – rafter-purlin.
